90-Day Pain Relief and Health Coaching Package
This is the super deluxe package for people with persistent pain who need to have less pain to move better while also lowering their Lifestyle Disease Risk such as BMI, hypertension, and A1C.
This is a 3 month program designed to address the biopsychosocial aspects of pain and lifestyle disease.
You'll receive one massage every 2 weeks.
You'll have a plan with support and accountability to help you toward your goals.
In addition, you'll be part of our weekly health coaching group where we address topics such as how to fuel your body for optimal energy and lower A1C.
Here’s the beauty of this program: its benefits are compounded when massage is utilized as a frequent therapy. The more you get, the more it does. Taking part in this form of regularly-scheduled self-care can play a huge part in how healthy you’ll be and how youthful you’ll remain with each passing year. Budgeting time and money for coaching and bodywork at consistent intervals is truly an investment in your health. And remember: just because massage feels like a pampering treat doesn’t mean it is any less therapeutic. Consider massage appointments a necessary piece of your health and wellness plan.
Every week of this program you'll receive a coaching email or a check-in that includes a coaching module (such as Why Diets Don't Work and what to do instead, or Understanding Cravings) healthy recipes, easy menu planning strategies, simple ways to add more exercise even when you're short on time, ways to conquer cravings, improving fitness at any age, and more. Many of my clients have LOVED this option and found the strategies super helpful as they moved toward their ideal body weight, lowered their a1c numbers and gained more confidence as they employed the habits.
