The other day my cell phone chirped. I had a notification. Distracted, I looked to see that a client left feedback on a square payment. Curious to see if it was a "learning opportunity" or "room for growth" I quickly checked it out because, well, personal growth is why I love having a business. But-- there was nothing of the sort. Just a compliment. There was a 5-star rating with the comment "Good ol' fashioned know-how." Cool. I could live with that. Even if this feedback didn't highlight areas where I can improve, compliments do, over time, point out consistent strengths. Good, old-fashioned know-how. I'll take it. When you come to Shine, we strive to meet your bodywork goals. It's our expectation. That, and to have you thinking as you leave, "They have that good, ol' fashioned know how."
