Gina comes from an endurance sports background. She participates in bike races (skinny and fat!), long distance trail and road running, and triathlon. While in Cincinnati, Gina worked with NFL players, University of Cincinnati Bearcats football and basketball athletes, Cincinnati Marlins swim team athletes, Xavier University Triathletes and more to enhance their muscle healing, maintain flexibility, and speed up recovery from harder efforts. Locally we see skiers, cyclists, swimmers and runners every day. Gina has had her share of sports-related aches, pains and injuries and has a good idea of what feels good and speeds up recovery so that YOU can get back in YOUR GAME sooner.
